about

DJs are a nomadic people. Drifting between venues, airports and hotel rooms, they’re always on the hunt for new music and clubbing activity. They are, indeed, the Bohemians of the 21st Century. Or as Britta Arnold, unders and Noraj Cue would call them: Happy Campers.

Composer, Producer Hakan Ozer aka Haximum has elevated films and dance floors with his sultry, ethereal compositions for over 20 years. His latest release 'Moma' draws deep from his Turkish roots invoking a slow meandering through the deserts of the middle east. You feel yourself drawn to a place, welcoming and loving. It's as if an encampment arises in the slow crescendo and suddenly you realize you are home. A Happy Camper deep in the desert. The dreamy dulcet tones by Cenk Erdoğan playing the ‘Yaylı Tambur’ (a violin which means ‘Bowed Tambur’) envelop your body, while the distinctly Arabic rhythms match your beating heart. You are one with the music and anyone around you who is listening, is one with you.

KMLN, known for their hard hitting, live rhythms and all rounded grounded energy reimagines the journey "Moma" takes. Their remix invokes urgency, desire and passion. You sense that rather than discover the musical camp, you are racing towards it. This mix doesn't mess around, it is filled with sexual energy and drive.

Then Unders & Noraj Cue get their ears/hands on 'Moma' infusing this sultry track with some of their signature body and groove. This track invokes no place or time. You are exactly where you need to be. You simply have to submit to it. The music will do the rest.
